Here's what to expect for delivery. Your exact options and cost are always shown at checkout before you pay, so there are no surprises.

Complete before advertising: the store owner must confirm that the dispatch and delivery estimates below match actual fulfilment, and correct them if not. Misleading delivery estimates breach both advertising policy and consumer law.

Delivery cost

• Free UK delivery on orders over £40.
• Orders under £40 pay a flat £3.99 delivery charge.

Most of our range is over the free-delivery threshold. The filter jugs are the exception, so it is worth adding replacement cartridges to a jug order.

Where we ship

We deliver within the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). [PLACEHOLDER — confirm whether the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands or Isle of Man carry a surcharge or are excluded, and list any other countries you ship to.]

Estimated delivery times

• Dispatch: within 1–2 working days of your order being placed.
• Delivery: typically 3–5 working days after dispatch.

The estimate for your address is confirmed at checkout. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched from the next working day.

Larger items

The countertop machines and reverse osmosis systems are heavy — the heaviest in our range is around 8.5 kg boxed. They ship on a standard courier service and someone will need to receive them.
